   This has been puzzling me a bit so I did some investigation. It looks like the root cause is flask instantiating `JSONEncoder` with `sort_keys=True`.
   
   On line [1773](https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/5399/files#diff-948e87b4f8f644b3ad8c7950958df033R1773) we have `states = {task['status']: task['status'] for task in tasks}` with `task['status']` coming from `ti.state` which is then added to `data`. Your fix is 🎉.
