[jira] [Created] (QPID-6165) [Java Broker] Allow the number of open connections to be limited on a per port basis

Rob Godfrey created QPID-6165:
---------------------------------

Summary: [Java Broker] Allow the number of open connections to be limited on a per port basis
                 Key: QPID-6165
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-6165
             Project: Qpid
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Java Broker
            Reporter: Rob Godfrey
            Assignee: Rob Godfrey
             Fix For: 0.31

Allow the maximum number of open connections on a port to be limited.

Attempts to open a new connection on a port which is at its limit should result in the socket automatically being closed (without allocating buffers or exchange protocol headers).

A warning should be logged when the number of open connections approached the limit.
