A couple of projects are missing explicity dependencies to org.apache.felix.scr.annotations.

The error message are similar to

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.felix:maven-scr-plugin:1.12.0:scr (generate-scr-scrdescriptor) on project org.apache.sling.commons.threads: No annotation processors found in classpath. -> [Help 1]
