does infra handle lucene.net github mirror?

If there is a more appropriate list to post this question, please let me
know.

Currently the lucene.net mirror on github seems to be stuck in 2009
https://github.com/apache/lucene.net

There has definitely been commits since then.

Is there something that needs to be done inside the lucene.net incubator to
fix this? If not, is this something that infrastructure handles?

We maintain the upstream git-svn mirrors that you can find at
http://git.apache.org/. Github keeps mirrors of those repositories at
http://github.com/apache.

In this case our lucene.net.git repository at git.apache.org is up to
date, so the problem is on Github's side. The best way to get it fixed
is to start a discussion at http://support.github.com/.
