Fail to start on windows ME

Hi,

When I try to install the apache server using the following command. I am 
getting an eerror:

D:\Java\Apache\Apache2\bin>apache -k start
[Thu May 22 01:41:02 2003] [error] (OS 2)The system cannot find the file specifi
ed.  : No installed service named "Apache2".

When I try to start the apache server using the following command. I am getting 
an eerror:
D:\Java\Apache\Apache2\bin>apache -k install
[Thu May 22 01:41:37 2003] [crit] (OS 10038)Socket operation on non-socket: make
_sock: for address 127.0.0.1:8080, apr_socket_opt_set: (SO_KEEPALIVE)
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs


When I try to run the server in console mode then I get the following error:
D:\Java\Apache\Apache2\bin>apache

I am using windows ME. Please let me knwo if you need any further information.
