   According to provided information it is quite difficult to say what's going wrong, but I guess you should [Setting up a MySQL Database](https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/howto/set-up-database.html#setting-up-a-mysql-database) first. 
   
   If this information is not enough to solve your problem please update issue with more detail information:
   - When it happen
   - Which deployment method are you use
   - You operation system
   - You DB Backend version
   - Everything other which might help solve your issue
