Hey Guys,

With Andrew Hart's VOTE you have 3 binding IPMC +1s. Ben you can close the
VOTE, send a [RESULT] [VOTE] thread to mesos-dev@incubator.a.o and
general@incubator.a.o, tally up the results (indicating IPMC bindings and
other +1s) and then push the bits.

You guys have made a release before, so I'm guessing you know how to do
this, or do you need help?
