[DRAFT] Parquet board report for July

Hello,
I prepared a draft for the Parquet quarterly report to the board:

Please feel free to edit, adjust and add more details on the things you've
been working on in the report.
The report is due July 9th, a week before the board meeting.
I'll submit the report accordingly next Wednesday.
