Disabling “Windows audio device graph isolation” isn't an honest idea as this
process is vital for the Windows OS to implement third party sound effects. So
if you're bothered by this high usage process, you ought to lookout of this.
There are a couple of solutions to repair this high usage problem without
disabling the method.
