Tomcat 8.5.23 on 7.0.4?

Hi Guys,

Is it safe to upgrade to Tomcat 8.5.23 on 7.0.4?

I did follow this commit on master and there seems not much changes apart
from one fix to the failing testcase.

I believe an @announcement has not been made yet for 7.0.4

Apache ODE is waiting to upgrade to Tomee 7.0.4. I have done a sanity test
on ODE after upgrading 7.0.4 with tomcat 8.5.23 and nothing is failing so
far on the local build.

Hi Sathwik,

The 7.0.4 binaries are available and passed the vote, so they're 
official - In that regard please feel free to continue your tests and 
upgrade if you are happy that your apps are working as expected.

The release notes are always available on the public TomEE JIRA: 
https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ReleaseNote.jspa?projectId=12312320&version=12339959

I've held off the public release announcement until the current vote on 
TomEE 1.7.5 is final, either positive or negative (that will be today, 
16 Oct). This means I may be able to announce both at the same time and 
avoid confusion.
