Should I close this issue?
I'm using maven 2 so I can't verify if the problem still exists.

> I change a jar version in my project.xml, one that has bundle set to true. I then copy the existing jar in my local repository to have a new name with the new version number. Now both the old version and new version exist (both the same file). When I execute maven war, the generated war file contains both the old jar version and the new one. It should (obviously) not contain the old version.
