Installing servlets

Hi,
excuse me for this (stupid?) mail but I'm in dire straits with the
servlets mapping for my Web application.
My config is : Apache 1.3.9 + Tomcat 3.0 + JServ (dll from 
java.apache site) running on NT4 SP6 :
with Tomcat servlets no problem, everything was ok but no way to 
install my own servlets.
I've read the HowTo of this name, but I think that the context 
section is not very clear (excuse me Costin).
Thanks in advance for any help.
