MemoryAppender suggestion
I have been looking at the MemoryAppender recently for a bit of work I am doing. One thing strikes me as a little odd. Both the GetEvents and Clear methods are virtual suggesting they are overridable by developers producing more specific MemoryAppender implementations. However, the m_eventsList ArrayList is private, with no protected access to it at all. I appreciate I could completely circumvent the use of m_eventsList, but that seems a little excessive if an ArrayList is still the underlying implementation that I want to use.
Is it possible to provide protected access to the underlying collection of LoggingEvents?
Regards
Mark
