xpath query support

hi ,

i am a new user of xml-beans, and am attempting to use XPath.

as discussed in the mailing list, XPath support is currently fairly 
rudimentary (at least in the free version). where can i get hold of the 
non-free version with full XPath support, and/or when is the XPath 
support in the apache version likely to be extended.

i need to be able to do queries such as:

  /foo/bar[@someAttribute='false']
