Strange, I didn't check in this file as binary and within my CVS client
it is shown as ASCII file. Maybe CVS was confused because dummy.dtd
doesn't contain any characters.
Once again, pls cross check (forrest seed --> forrest --> browse the
built files) and report any errors.
