As from 04-May, maven-3.5.3 is released and distributed to apache mirrors. The release note can be found [here|https://maven.apache.org/docs/3.5.3/release-notes.html].

Maven-3.5.2 can only be found on Apache's archive. Let's bump it to 3.5.3.
