[ANNOUNCEMENT]: Xerces-J 2.2.1 now available

Hi everyone,

The Xerces-J team is pleased to announce the availability of Xerces-J
2.2.1.  As well as containing a few performance improvements and many minor
bug fixes, four bugs which  a number of users encountered with version
2.2.0 have been resolved:

Fixed SAX endElement call so that the element's namespace URI is returned;
The HTML DOM implementation can once again be instantiated;
Made the external-schema-location property work again;
Xerces-J is now capable of validating the schema for schemas (available
from http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema.xsd).

The release can be downloaded from http://xml.apache.org/dist/xerces-j/ .
