This a follow-up to [this issue|https://github.com/mwbrooks/phonegap-cli/issues/77#issuecomment-21170828] on the PhoneGap CLI GitHub.
Basically, after running {{cordova --verbose platform add android}}, I get downloading <url> and requesting <url> but then it stops and I only have a {{%userdir%\.cordova\lib\android\cordova\3.0.0rc1\cordova-android-3.0.0rc1-25bb215}} directory.
