   * mynewt-core/master should depend on mcuboot 1.3.0, not 0-dev.
   * mynewt-core/1.6.0 should not depend on mcuboot at all.
   
   The problem with depending on 0-dev is that `newt upgrade` pulls in
   unstable mcuboot code.
