Need guidance in struts validator framework

Hi,
 
I am having a Dynavalidatorform and it has two properties A and B. I 
need to check for the following conditions
 
Both should be equal to zero
          or
Both should be greater than zero.
 
Can u just me how it can be done in a declarative way using the struts 
validator framework.
