website + docs

ok, documentation should build just dandy now if you have the jakarta-site2
module checked out next to the jakarta-james module.

i also updated the main live website. when you want to update the main
website, you simply:

    cd /www/jakarta.apache.org/james
    cvs update -Pd


still todo (for someone else):

    there are still a bunch of docs/.html files that are not being generated
    from a xdocs/.xml file.
