   There is no need to construct a row record every time the next() function is called, we can extract the value from the corresponding value byte buffer.
   Before, we use a byte size bool to indicate whether it is a null value, but the null values are rare, so the space is wasted.
   Now, I use a bitmap to indicate whether it is a null value, in this way, each value only consumes extra one bit size instead of one byte size.
