   **Which page or component**
   
   Main layout (`web/src/layouts/MainLayout.tsx`).
   
   **What happened**
   
   The project enforces a 14 px minimum font size in review (the standard under which #4940 fixes a 13 px occurrence in `Composer.tsx`). The main layout itself still carries two 13 px occurrences at tip `a562601d`:
   
   - `MainLayout.tsx:609` — the user-avatar fallback letter (`fontSize: 13` inside a 28 px avatar);
   - `MainLayout.tsx:757` — the data-mode/user entry text (`fontSize: 13` on a real text row).
   
   With the composer occurrence fixed by #4940, the layout would remain the only place below the minimum, so the rule and the actual UI stay inconsistent.
   
   **Expected behaviour**
   
   Raise the text occurrence(s) to 14 px. Whether the single-letter avatar badge qualifies for a documented exception can be decided together; if so, an inline comment naming the exception would prevent future re-introduction.
   
   I can provide the fix, but `MainLayout.tsx` currently has open PRs against it (#4635, #5025), so I am filing this first to avoid stacking another branch on the same file.
