There are plenty of Apache projects deploying SNAPSHOT artifacts automatically to the Snapshot Maven repo, like https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/org/apache/brooklyn/brooklyn-api/0.10.0-SNAPSHOT/ for Brooklyn or https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/org/apache/tamaya/tamaya-api/0.3-incubating-SNAPSHOT/ for Tamaya. 

This seems to have been attempted for DeviceMap https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/org/apache/devicemap/devicemap-data/1.0.2-SNAPSHOT/ but the repository contains nothing but 2 metadata files. No artifacts. 

Let's fix it.
