Major bug in REL2_BRANCH
Looks like there's a major bug with rewriting workbooks. It doesn't work
at all. Is this a known bug?

works for me.. are you trying on an empty workbook?? doesnt work in that
case.. there is a bugzilla bug for that.
Otherwise, it must be workbook specific..

I don't have a testcase prepared yet but you can try running
ReadWriteWorkbook.java. The workbook will be written but without the
changes to the row.
