Review comment:
       What makes such large jumps in CPU and RAM necessary for these tests? Could the tests be made less resource-intensive?
   
   I ask because I'm currently working to make CI run distributed tests in parallel on Windows. If the tests for this one feature require so many CPUs and so much memory, I worry about the effect on other concurrently running tests.
