Support Contract?

I just started working on Axis deployment and I really do like what I
see,but to get my company to buy into it, we will need to find a
supportcontract (preferably from a well-established company).  After a
quick look, I saw one real mention of it on IBM's website (a Web Services
Toolkit training class), but not much else.

Does anyone know any other companies (or have any knowledge of the extent
or quality of IBM support on Axis)?
