perl bindings status update

Hi,

I've just done some more works on the perl bindings:

* delta_editor interface support, as python bindings does.

* delta_editor invoker interface. so perl is now able
  to drive commit_editor to easily make modifications
  to the filesystem. see t/1repos.t for synopsis.

the code is available at 
http://svn.elixus.org/member/clkao/svn-perl/

I wonder if the subversion team would like to have the
bindings in the tree now, or wait until it's more mature.
