lack of commons library

Hello!

I have already checked out jakarta-turbine-2 procject
and tried to build by
ant compile

this command returns error something like:
couldn't find
org.apache.commons.configuration.Configuration;

i checkt it manually and it's true

I thik that there should be some jakarta-commons.jar in
jakarta-turbine-2/lib

as wel as jakarta-regexp-1.3-dev.jar,velocity-1.2-dev.jar, .....
cose there is no need to check out jakarta-commons and compile
if I'm intrested only on jakarta-turbine-2
