apr/include perldoc documentation gone?
Does anyone know what happened to all the embedded perldoc? Our
perldoc reader doesn't seem to work on apr/include/*.h
anymore... The log history doesn't say anything about perldoc going
away, though.

It switched to ScanDoc because PerlDoc was such a bitch to read in the
headers. The new stuff is intended to be read by the ScanDoc package.
There ought to be a blurb about ScanDoc usage (for APR and Apache)
somewhere, but I don't know where. I haven't ever really look into how the
stuff is set up to work/run.
