[I] Change TLS provider to rustls? [iotdb-client-rust]

HTHou opened a new issue, #1:
URL: https://github.com/apache/iotdb-client-rust/issues/1

   ## Why rustls?
   * Security & Memory Safety: Written completely in safe Rust, making it immune to classic C-based vulnerabilities like buffer overflows.
   * Seamless Cross-Compilation: Because it does not require external C headers or libraries, cross-compiling your project to other platforms (like Musl or embedded targets) works out of the box.
   * Modern Protocols Only: It intentionally drops support for legacy, insecure protocols like SSLv3, TLS 1.0, and TLS 1.1.

The next version of thrift-rust will also use rustls as the TLS provider.
   See https://github.com/apache/thrift/pull/3638.
