Resolution: Not A Bug
Fix Version/s: (was: 9.0)
This is not a bug. NetBeans 9 does not include PHP features. You can just install php modules from the Update Center for NetBeans 8.2.
If you can use the new Twig version, you have to clone the NB repository then build it yourself.
