overEncoding problem

Hi!

I've got some data on a database that's already encoded in the form
&#xxx; for all the special characters.

My problem is that when I extract that data from the database, passes
through a logicsheet, then to an XSP and finally to the browser, it gets
transformed into this:

&amp;#xxx;

How can I solve that? I can't change the data on the database.
