[I] Do not record recurring tasks in the database, but log them to a file instead (tooling-trusted-releases)
sbp opened a new issue, #1404:
URL: https://github.com/apache/tooling-trusted-releases/issues/1404
About 97 or 98% of new rows in the database during testing are from our recurring tasks, but information about when they run is of very marginal lasting value. We should record this information to a standard log instead, which can then be rotated at the Puppet level.
This was the most important follow on finding of #816.
