Hi all

i'ld like to compare
        <logic:notEqual name="content" value="">
and it not work. I tried to use the tag
<logic:notEmpty name="content" value=""> but this logic command is for the
struts 1.1 and i did not find the 1.1 version libraries.
Can any one help me?
