I've emailed the owner of this mirror asking him to follow the recommended
configuration (which includes setting an AllowOverride which allows us
to use .htaccess files to set the correct mime types).

Unfortuantely, I believe that many of our mirrors probably have this problem,
and there is little we can do to make them change their configurations
(other than simply dropping them from our mirror listing).
