[CFH] please test the new authentication code

hi everyone!

if you're a fearless lenya 2.0 user, please test the new authentication 
code - it's the one remaining blocker bug before a release candidate can 
be prepared, and we believe it is fixed.
but since this issue has security implications, the more people hammer 
on it the better.
if you can find ways to make the access control for pages misbehave, let 
us know.

please add your findings there (a plain "works for me" will also help).
