[Pool] what is the purpose of setup-checkout profile
Hello,
For looking into POOL-277 I checked your commons-pool2 and made sure I
use the correct profile and stuff. On the source repository
documentation page (and nowehre else in the project) the profile
setup-checkout is mentioned. Do I need to run it? I am not so familiar
with SVN (and hope it dies sooner than later :).
Can somebody explain it and put that explanation on
http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-pool/source-repository.html -
or can we remove it?

Yes I mean it is nowhere mentioned. I guess it is a site goal specific automatic profile and as you recommend will not care about it. Thanks.

Maybe I am blind, but I see no reference to any "profile" on [1].
To check out pool, just follow the instructions on that page as you
would for any commons component. There is nothing special about
pool's svn setup.
