https://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-relocation.html page has multiple paragraphs named "Releasing the next version" and they all use same anchor.
This makes referencing particular paragraph bit more complicated than necessary (e.g. see https://github.com/rest-assured/rest-assured/issues/703 )

Please consider making the anchors unique on relocation guide page.
