[jira] [Created] (ARROW-14170) Arrow doesn't support 32Bit
Hezi Hershkovitz created ARROW-14170:
----------------------------------------
Summary: Arrow doesn't support 32Bit
Key: ARROW-14170
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARROW-14170
Project: Apache Arrow
Issue Type: Bug
Environment: python 3.7.8
Reporter: Hezi Hershkovitz
I have the exact same issue as was discussed here:
[https://github.com/apache/arrow/issues/6902]
{{}}{{}}
{code:java}
// code placeholder
raise RuntimeError('Not supported on 32-bit Windows')
RuntimeError: Not supported on 32-bit Windows
----------------------------------------
ERROR: Failed building wheel for pyarrow
{code}
{{}}My problem is that I am trying to connect apache superset to 32bit Firebird version, and as a result I must use python 32bit.
Is there a way to overcome this issue? Any plans to support 32bit in the future?
