   I tested this in Airflow 3.x and can confirm the behavior has improved.  Logs are now printed and displayed in the UI with only a ~20–30 second delay when using CloudWatch logging. This is a significant improvement over v2.10.1, where the delay was consistently ~60 seconds.
   
   So the issue seems to be resolved in v3. The question now is whether we want to fix this improvement to Airflow 2.x
