   ### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
   1. Analyze Materialized view definition plan and check if can be transformed to incremental rebuild plan when when loading and parsing materializations in `HiveMaterializedViewsRegistry`
   2. Store the result in the registry in `HiveRelOptMaterialization`
   3. Print it when the command `SHOW MATERIALIZED VIEWS` executed

   Improve `SHOW MATERIALIZED VIEWS`.
   
   ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
   Yes. A new column is added to the output of `SHOW MATERIALIZED VIEWS`
   
   ### How was this patch tested?
