SpilledSubpartitionViewTest duplicates a lot of production logic (TestSubpartitionConsumer is a
 duplicated logic of LocalInputChannel and mix of CreditBasedSequenceNumberingViewReader with PartitionRequestQueue). The test coverage is provided by SpillableSubpartitionTest and some of the tests in SpilledSubpartitionViewTest do not make much sense
