   Build fails on windows machine with `fatal error C1002: compiler is out of heap space in pass 2`. 
   
   I don't know how to fix it. Do you have any insight on the solution? Thanks. @eric-haibin-lin @yajiedesign 
   
   I try to search and find a similar issue https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/issues/11771 with the solution below,
   > Did you use the 32 bits cl.exe or 64 bits cl.exe?
   >
   >`set PreferredToolArchitecture=x64`
   Run this command before open tensorflow.sln
   >
   >Or, add "-T host=x64" to cmake command line args.
