   Shouldn't the project versions no longer be SNAPSHOT if they are to be pulled in the incubator? My understanding is that Maven will look for the newest release artifact, so different pull of the dependencies of x.x.x.SNAPSHOT result in you possibly getting different artifacts.
   
   But at this stage, I'd expect the APIs to be a bit more stable that changes to them warrant some version change. 0.1.1 could become 0.1.2, etc. Or some scheme with alpha: 0.1.1-alpha1 could become 0.1.1-alpha2 etc.
