[GSOC-2012]-looking for a Project idea in Apache Airavata

Hi Devs,

I am interested in contributing to Apache Airavata project. So I am
planning to start it with doing a GSOC project with Airavata.

I am following a Master degree in Computer Science at *Sheffield Hallam
University(SHU)* in UK.
I have been working SOA Axis2 webServices and eclipse plunging development
fields for 2 years.

I went through the documentation of the project. I am more interested in
working on WS-Messenger and Generic Application Service Factory (GFac)
components.
Could you please give some assistance to select a project idea as well as
give some guidance how to start my contribution .

Thanks,
Jasintha.

Hi Jasintha,

Did you manage to find a suitable project for your gsoc? You can browser all Apache projects soliciting gsoc projects from the link - http://s.apache.org/gsoc2012ideas . You will be able to see Airavata tasks in that list as well. If you have any questions, feel free to communicate your interests to us on this mailing list.
