[jira] [Commented] (SLING-4076) Add more file type options to
New... menu

Robert Munteanu commented on SLING-4076:
----------------------------------------
Fixed in [r1731469|https://svn.apache.org/r1731469] by adapting the JcrNode to a IFolder when applicable. This allows all Eclipse-contributed options to be shown.
By default these are File and Folder, but by adding more facets we can get more options. The dynamic web project facet is a useful one, as we get HTML and JSP, _but_ the content root must be set to the jcr_root directory, since the HTML/JSP creation wizards expect that. But hopefully that's something we can streamline as part of SLING-3100 .

> Opening the New context menu on a JCR node currently shows these options:
> * Project...
> * Example...
> * Other...
> * Node...
> This list should have File and Folder added to it and, ideally, JSP File, HTML File, JS File, CSS File, and Text File.
