[users@httpd] possible typos in some files under htdocs/manual/

[y-...@secom.co.jp]

In files handler.html.ja.jis, index.html.ja.jis and install.html.ja.jis,
under htdocs/manual/ sub-directory of Apache 1.3.37, it reads:
  href="misc/api.html"
But I see no such files there.

Should it be like this?
  href="misc/API.html"

maintain the Japanese (1.3) docs.

iida: you may also like to open a bug for this [1] in case somebody
gets the time to looks at it in the future.
