On API at OGC

Hello all

Carl Reed from OGC published recently a blog about What is an Open API:

Discussion on API is still going at OGC. As said previously, the outcome
of this discussion is likely to impact SIS significantly through our use
of org.opengis.* interfaces. I think that comments on the blog are welcome.
