download link for knox binary

Hi Kevin,
Do we now have download link for Knox binary on apache site?
I think we should also have the link in Getting Started guide.

Good point.  I added a link to the mirrored dist root directory for 
Knox.  I don't want to link to a specific version as that will require 
changing the getting started for every release.
